Beginners Course
This course is designed for everyone. Our venue is a short walk from Walthamstow Central station in East London and is fully accessible. Never acted before but want to try it out? This is the course for you! Had a few classes or been on stage with your local group? This course is for you! We'll introduce you to the world of acting. This course suits anyone who is looking to dip their toes into the subject and have some fun or those who might be considering a career in acting. We'll focus on a few different approaches and guide you and your fellow classmates through the practical application of them. Expect to be on your feet trying these out in real time, we believe the best way to learn is by doing! You'll receive plenty of feedback both during the sessions and at the end of the course.
Intermediate Course
In this 8 week course we'll take a more intense look at character work and scene study. This course is for those who have already completed our Beginners Class or those that already have experience with acting and acting theory. After getting to know your classmates you'll work intensively on one scene with a partner (or two) to explore the piece fully. During this exploration we'll introduce exercises and approaches to help deepen your understanding of your character and their relationships. Working towards a sharing of pieces in week 7. Week 8 will consist of feedback and dicussion with the group and coaches.
Industry masterclass
These one-off masterclasses give you a view into the industry. Guests speakers are experts on their subject. Topics might include "How to get an agent that works for you?", "Is drama school right for me?", "How do I put on my own work?". keep an eye on our page here and on our social media for these events.
