Ryan de Ste. Croix (he/him)

Hi, I'm Ryan.

I trained at Drama Centre London – but my teaching career began way before this in 2005.

I've taught acting and public speaking at drama schools and privately to children, young adults and professional actors around the world.

Whilst at Drama Centre London I sat on the audition panel - so I understand the stress of the process!

Around 90% of the drama school applicants I have taught have gone on to attend accredited drama schools.

Aside from acting I have produced and directed professionally in both the UK and Vietnam, worked as a filming manager for a prominent location organising high profile film & tv shoots, and have worked in senior communications positions in the corporate world including for government institutions. I've led workshops ranging from experimental explorations of Neolithic myths to integrative theatre workshops.

Having struggled with mental health issues I have personally found that acting has a unique potential to positively affect individuals and groups – working in a safe and positive way is essential to my sessions and classes.

Acting should be for everyone and I can't wait to help unlock it for you!

Phil Adèle (he/him)

Hi! I'm Phil.

I’m a mixed-Race, London-based, Teesside-bred Actor, Voice Actor, Musician and Singer.

Having fallen in love with all things performance-related at a young age, I moved to London at 19 and completed a 3 year BA (Hons) in Acting at Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts in 2009 before stepping out into the professional world of Acting.

I love Acting and Performing Arts as a whole and would love the opportunity to help spark passion or curiosity in others who are keen to give it a go.  It is my aim to make sure that everyone, regardless of ability experience or background, feels welcome in our sessions and I am excited at the opportunity to help others unlock acting in the way that I was able to.

My credits include The Lion King (West End cast), You Are Here (Southwark Playhouse), Our Town (Regent’s Park), The Invisible Man (Queen’s Theatre Hornchurch), Little Shop Of Horrors (UK tour), Handbagged (English Theatre, Frankfurt), Clear White Light (Newcastle Theatre Live), Red Dwarf (Dave), Diagnosis (BBC) as well as some high profile projects that are yet to be publicly announced.

I look forward to working with you!

Tutors

Ashman.jfif

Hello, I’m Chris; actor, voiceover artist, facilitator and nerd. I come from a small, working class town in the north of England and have lived/worked in London and LA for the past 20 years. I have worked in every area of the industry; from major feature films to tv shows, theatre to commercials, voiceovers to video games. I’m passionate about celebrating the many different voices that the UK has and want to champion people from diverse/rural/working class backgrounds; giving them an accessible and grounded approach to this massively exciting yet sometimes esoteric industry. I look forward to working with you!
